Penn SquarePenn Square Average User Rating: (0 votes, add your vote or comments) Penn Square was the largest of the original five Philadelphia Squares and soon became the site of the first public water works. Named after the city founder, Penn Square later became the site for the installation of City Hall. Penn Square, with its famous statue of William Penn setting on top of City Hall tower, is bound to the north by JFK Boulevard,to the west by N15th Street and east by N Juniper.
