The Liberty Bell is located in Independence National Park, Philadelphia, PA. The entrance to the Liberty Bell Center is located on Market Street between 5th and 6th Streets.  The Liberty Bell is the official bell of the Pennsylvania State House (today called Independence Hall) and rang many times for public announcements in the early days of the nation. Today it is remembered for announcing the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence.
